Weight loss is when you weigh lighter than the last time you stood on some scales.
There is actually more to it than that but let's not worry about that right now!
You may have heard or read about this topic before but my aim is to make it as simple as possible so everyone can understand.
My experience and knowledge on this subject comes from years of training hundreds of people all with whom have had different results and experiences on their weight loss journey. A lot of them shared the same two problems;
1) They listen to too many different opinions and get confused with what they should be doing.
2) They go from one extreme to the other for example, eating and drinking whatever they like to suddenly cutting out all the things they do like, making losing weight even harder.
Everyone has an opinion on how you should lose weight, mine is quite simply, 'move a little more, eat a little better and sleep a little smarter'. Yes, it does come down to the fact you need to use more energy than you're consuming but small steps first.
